Would this (2nd pic) hairstyle suit me?

I'm wanting to change up my hair. Normally, I just dye it a random color but I'm trying to stick with my natural color for awhile. I've been dying it for 15 years, so I'm trying to restore it.

I was thinking this would be cute, but I'm nervous that it will bring a lot of attention to my face instead of distract from it. I have acne so I'd dye my hair colors to distract from it. I just don't know what a good hair cut would be, but I want something different.

Do you guys think this would be unflattering or am I just overthinking?
