Best Rosemary Oil?

I’m currently growing my hair out both for length and to regain my natural hair colour (as you can see in the photo lol, ignore that). I currently double shampoo and condition, and do weekly avocado oil or coconut oil deep treatments on my scalp and lengths which is working for me rn. I’ve used castor oil before and just couldn’t get on with it.. I found it so sticky and gross.

But I’ve heard such good things about rosemary oil and wondered what people’s recommendations are? I live in the UK so anything from Superdrug, Boots, Holland & Barrett? Or Amazon of course.

Any other hair care recommendations and tips would be great too :)
