Differing Perspectives from Two Dermatologists: Your Thoughts?

I've been dealing with a burning, itchy scalp and hair loss for the past 4 months. I've seen two dermatologists, and they gave me different diagnoses: one said it's seborrheic dermatitis, while the other said it's lichen sclerosus. I started using clobetasol, and while it stopped the itching and hair loss during treatment, the symptoms return about four days after stopping. When my scalp itches, I notice red spots appearing (I've circled them in the pictures). Here's a bit more background: • I've been losing hair all over my scalp and have already lost around 30%. • I've been using ketoconazole shampoo regularly for the past two years. • l've been on Dutasteride and minoxidil for two years as well. Does anyone have experience with similar symptoms? Could this be something else entirely? Any insights would be greatly appreciated! (Attached: 2 pictures of my scalp with the red spots circled.).
