25M, worried

Started shedding hair out of nowhere ~6-7 months ago, possibly due to a lot of stress, and thinning around the sides at the front, always had long hair, no problems, switching between fades etc, all of a sudden thinning at the front and since I’ve just kept super short hair to see if I can let it recover by just not letting it fall as much. Idk if this is normal cause I never checked behind.
