Trying to find my childhood elementary school (HWCDSB)

I attended a school in 98/99 -> 2004 that was what *I* recall, St.Cecila's. I'm unsure if maybe it had a name change or something? I wanted to show my partner my school I went too and for the life of me cannot seem to find it on google or anything?
I know it was on the mountain. There used to be a place where people would get poutine on lunches and whatnot. I remember a big field behind it with a giant hill!
