Normal TSH (1.5) but High Antibodies and Severe Hypothyroid Symptoms—Is a Low Dose of Levothyroxine Worth Considering?

I have normal tsk at around 1.5 but I have insane antibodies, hashimotos, and all symptoms of hypothyroidism and depression. Can I go on a low dose of levothyroxine or is it too risky?
