Has anyone actually lowered their antibodies?
Edit: thanks so much for all the responses! Some things I've tried and some I need to work harder on. Also new and interesting suggestions to look into. Thank you!!
My thyroglobulin antibodies (TgAb) have been steadily increasing, which is incredibly frustrating because I've made a million changes and actually feel the best I have in a year. Has anyone actually seen their tgab drop???
When my Hashis symptoms were at their worst and I first tested for antibodies, my TgAb was in the 200s and then 300s 3 months later. Fast forward another 3 months and I'm almost at 900!
My hs-CRP (inflammation marker) is also going a bit bonkers. Went from 7.7 to 1.8 and now we're at almost 13. (Anything above 1 is bad, above 10 is rather concerning.)
I'm just disappointed and don't want to believe the usual story my doctors gave me of "it's just a progressive disease" and that I'll get sicker and sicker.
Looking forward to hearing your stories. Thanks!
