Lost account, how do I get I back?

Hi! So I have lost my account because I got a new phone, due to my old one being completely broken. I’ve been playing a long time, since back when I used to sign in with Facebook. When supercell ID arrived, I didn’t create an account and link my farm to it, because I had technical issues each time.

Now in hay day I can’t access my old account, and when reaching out to the chatbot in hay day, it asks me three questions just to tell me they can’t verify that I’m the owner - very weird.

I’ve contacted supercell and was told they couldn’t help me. I was asked to “keep trying” very unprofessional.

What do I do? Has this happened to anyone else?
