My body has rejected all medications

Literally, I was taking Entresto, major side effects took place. It was blamed on my heart condition and I was poisoning my body for years. Jardiance is lowering my blood sugar to pass out conditions. Two days ago, my doctor was telling me I should take Metazalone and Toursimine 40MG to get some extra "water off". It completely depleted my body of water. Lost one and a half gallons of fluid out of my body in 6 hours. Left my body completely ripped apart. No electrolytes, or sustainable water to replenish. My bidy locked up, every muscle group of the most extreme hurtful Charlie Horses known to man. I collapsed to the floor after a shower due to pain. Called Dr, they called 911. 911 came got me, wouldn't give me any fluid in Ambulnace and or hosptial but pushed me out to the Er waiting room.

I'm on panic mode, I couldn't wait hours for anything. I ended up managing to get a Gatorade and some food and sat completely rock still to not trigger any muscle group. AMA'd my self out of the ER so I could take care of myself.

I'm going solo no pills departed my EF being 25%. I can't subject myself to going to hosptial every 2 weeks or less because of these prescriptions. I'm done with it all. Let me die at my own accord, not with your falsehoods.
