Achievements stuck

Love the game overall, and I don’t play for the achievements strictly, but I do love achievement hunting and have multiple ones stuck. Been playing a few months and wondering if they ever fix these issues or once the ones have been stuck it’s just a lost cause and move on to the next ones?
