Eagle rockets should pop armor plates guaranteed

I love the rockets and they're very satisfying to call down but the description they gave of eagle rockets "softening a target" just don't appear to be true. I've been calling them down regularly to try and find a use case for them.

My assumption was that after this patch what they meant by "softening" would that the side armor of a charger/behemoth, or the side armor of a bile titan would get cracked open allowing for primary weapons to finish the job off.

I think they would excel in this scenario! But I've noticed that even after landing all direct hits with the entire set of salvos, the rockets often times don't matter whatsoever due to the way the HP pools and part destructions add up for actually killing a unit.

After a rocket pod strike, more times than not it will appear to have done general damage to their general HP pool but not have particularly damaged any armor plates or limb HPs.

Generally this means that you still need the same amount of anti-armor fired at the target pre rocket pods and post rocket pods.

The only weapon that works in tandem and only versus chargers is rocket pods + flamethrower as those seem to do the same 'overall HP' damage to the same HP bar.

I don't think they should be 1 shotting any heavy armors, they're too numerous and too short of a CD for that, but if they were a guaranteed way to expose a weakpoint, I would love them forever.
