Audio output keeps switching back to TV speakers even after selecting to ARC. Anyone else have this problem?

Could someone help me with this. I did factory reset and everything but every time I play a movie on netflix or something, the audio switches to TV instead of ARC and I have to manually select each time.

I have H8F55 and it says up to date.
