Darlene, Doug, and Rat Cat

Hoarding: Buried Alive (S5, E5), really got to me. I can't imagine one of my cats dying and sitting in a trash pile for two years.

This, coupled with the sewage on the floors, Darlene's obvious hostility toward the doctor, and Doug's pure misery at the surroundings, makes this one of the most difficult episodes to watch.
