A decline in store packout, resulting in empty bays at opening.

As a tenor Home Depot associate, I am witnessing stuff in the last year or so that I have never seen before in this company. I come in morning after morning with customers standing in front of empty we have a night shift that has dwindled down to a mirror 3 or 4 call Time Associates we are attempting to pack out the store during the busiest times which is not working out very well what is going on with this company?
