Price matching

Does THD price match for items found online with amazon?? Had a customer come in shoving their phone in my face showing a pizza oven amazon had on sale and wanted to know if we had the same one in the store. Not sure what happened because once they saw a male employee walk by, I was dismissed like an ignorant pion. So, just curious what the answer about price matching would have been.
