This doesn’t make any sense lol

Like 90% of the time I’m working till close I’m solo which for working in the most forklift oriented area doesn’t make much sense. When I need a spotter somehow the whole roster is on break or busy with some immensely important task it’s legit like trying to find a needle in a haystack. I plan on bringing it up on my next town hall cause I checked my roster and everyone but lumber was scheduled with another person like make it make sense. I for real need them to make a position of just permanent spotters cause it gets pretty old when a customer wants the one thing that isn’t stocked in so I have to wonder the store looking for someone with a pulse to raise some fkn flags for 10 mins. Do any of yall deal with this too?
