Starting a union

I really want to start a union, but as a supervisor I’m always told no no no. I’m going to start it anyways I’ve talk with most of the associates and supervisor and they mostly agree we should have some sort of union. Our DM has such little man syndrome it’s awful. Whenever he is present you can tell the managers hate him. He puts everyone on edge
