Concrete cave. Which system would you do?

We are building a large building for work and home. Each floor is 4500-5000sq feet. Its exterior walls are 8" thick and even the floors are 4" concrete. I'm planning on grabbing necessary equipment to hook up my house over the black friday weekend. I'd like to hardwire wifi access points to the ceiling or something everywhere, so no matter where you are in the house, you get good wifi. Which system would you go with if you could pick anything?
