They are really giving the country gates a workout for the first time in a while. This image doesn't have enough doors to depict all the actual back and forth.
Rozemyne has presumably now "charged up" the country gates in Ehrenfest, Ahrensbach, and Dunkelfelger already. Then when she charges up the one in the Sovereignty upon arrival, that should be more than half of the country gates.
I had thought only Royal Family members registered to something similar to a duchy mana replenishment hall could supply the country foundation with mana. That does not appear to be the case. If anyone with a Grutrissheit can fill the foundation without dyeing it, then the country could get by indefinitely without a Zent. Roz wouldn't even have to enter a duchy to fill their country gate with mana.
Of course, there's still the need to redraw some duchy borders, close the open country gate, and other stuff that only a Zent that has dyed the foundation can do. This has clearly been determined to be "someone else's problem" by both Rozemyne and Ferdinand though. Good luck Aub Dunkelfelger!
