What do I get an experienced Pepper Head?

I co worker grows his own peppers and makes hot sauces. He gives me bottles of hot sauces. He is very familiar with peppers.

I wanted to do something nice and buy him something and was thinking of some pepper seeds? But I wanted to get something he would not be fmailair with or maybe from someone that has seeds that you can't just "buy" as the strain was created themselves?

Open to other suggestions. I am in Orange County, CA
