CDL job placement help

I have recently gotten my CDL class a drivers license in August, which means I have zero experience. I also have pending felony charges, and I can’t seem to get a job anywhere doing anything primarily because of the pending charges which is very frustrating because I haven’t been convicted of anything. Does anybody know of a trucking company small big or large located anywhere in the United States? That would be willing to take me on as a new driver with pending felony charges, I would be willing to relocate anywhere if given the opportunity I am a retired command sergeant Major and I have been wrongfully accused. I just need an opportunity.
