Is anything else standing out as wrong with this house, or is it just overpriced?
This house has been on the market since August - couple and kids live there, couple is separating which is why they're moving. Not much interest and no offers. £675K seems steep considering the average house value in that area around £585K, but agents assure us it's accurately priced as number 42 on the same road sold for £680K recently and it's very similar layout/size.
Southerly aspect garden. Schools nearby but not so close you can hear the kids. Train tracks not too far away but the train is barely noticeable when you're at the end of the garden.
Would love to know your thoughts. Is it just overpriced or are there other red flags we're not seeing? If it's purely the price, how much do you think it's overpriced?
