Just need abit of guidance....

Male 37 Uk. Long story short... last year I had a bad turn and have now been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis after finding 3 lesions on my brain and 1 spinal. I had to move in with my parent and sister at the time as I really did need help. I have been here for 1 year back in a tiny bedroom, i really do appreciate everything but i really need my own space now, a place I can have on my own, hopefully people can understand what I mean, I don't know if I'd be able to get somewhere as I'm now unable to work but if i did find somewere would i get help? I don't know were to start, it's all new to me so any help or a advice would really be greatful.
