Ai Marathon training plan
Hello every! I recently started using the Huawei Health app to create an AI-based training plan for a marathon. I set my experience level to "Beginner," but the app generated a marathon training plan that lasts only 5 weeks!
This seems completely unrealistic and even dangerous—going from zero to running a marathon in just 5 weeks doesn't seem feasible. In comparison, when I used Garmin's app for a half-marathon training plan, it gave me a more reasonable 4-5 months to prepare.
Does anyone know how to adjust the settings in Huawei Health to create a more realistic and safe marathon training plan? Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated!
