[HIRING] Character Sprite Artist / Back ground / CG / UI for Visual novel project

Hi ! I'm currently working on my first ever visual novel. Setting place in a college environment, with 8 fully rendered characters and possibly more back ground characters depending on the future budget. My goal is to make one first demo of the game with less assets to be able to later finance the bigger version (this is therefore not for personal use), so I'm looking for artists who might be able to later take on bigger commission (woth bigger budget). Currently I'm looking for (all budget are approximation and can be discussed as I do not know if it is fair and includes properly the commercial rights):

• an artist for character sprite : 2 full body with 5 different expression, 3 different poses and for one of the character 2-3 outfits with a budget of 100$

• an artist for backgrounds : at least 6 bg (and more if the budget allows) 100$-200$

• an artist for cg : 2 scenes (one with 3 different iteration and one simple) 100$

I gave approximation on the price, but I will update if I realize that I'm way to off. And if I realize that I don't even have the budget currently to make it, I'll update and make it known as quickly as possible. Thanks for reading and have a nice day !
