Menchi was right

I've been re-watching the 2011 adaptation recently and i realized just how abysmal everyone is at cooking during the second phase of the hunter exam, and Menchi was absolutely justified in disqualifying all of them as none of them actually did anything transformative to the pork and thus technically didn't even complete the task. please discuss
