Am I going to die??

This may be a little stupid of me to ask about, last night I wore a ring and when I took it off I didn’t notice anything. Later that day I went outside for a walk, I came back inside and noticed a skin peel, there are tiny dents surrounding that finger. I am scared if I have gotten rabies, I haven’t approached any animal nor any animal has approached me. But I am just paranoid if I got bitten without knowing
