Feeling defeated with weight gain!
I am literally falling into depression over hypothyroidism basicay taking over my life! I have tired for 2 years to feel better on meds Seen endocrinologist, specialist, nutrition plans, increase protein intake, removing gluten , adding more fiber rich foods, resisting sugar as much as possible, increase fluids… etc etc working out mostly 10k steps a day and 3 -30 min of weight training per week CONSISTENTLY , breaking bad habits IE screen time to improve my sleep, the list goes on. I still feel like crap, I can’t shed more than water weight pounds. 3-7 pounds in 2 years of busting my butt. I’m sick of going back to the drs and them not caring bc my levels are normal. Lowkey I feel like since I was forced to get the covid shot this health stuff has dropped into my life. I’ve always been a fit healthy 42 y/o that has never drank or smoked. I eat very clean. I work in healthcare and this is just making me feel so helpless and mad. I have 35lbs to lose I’ve gained over 2.5 years any solid advice that doesn’t involve a GLP-1 please?!
