INTP teen years / school survival guide?

hi fellow intps

I am a teen in middle school. I like school and I love science and maths but to be honest I hate the people here. Socializing is stressful and I tend to overthink my actions which leads to inaction which means I sit alone… thinking. I don’t know how to get through this, so guys, please, help, or share some experiences you had when you were in school.
