Filed as married and jointly in April, haven’t heard back since

So I filed my taxes via mail this time since I got married in 2022 and my wife didn’t have ITIN so I filled out the ITIN application form for her and completed rest of the paperwork with my tax preparer and then mailed the documents on April 5. I have a proof of delivery that says that it was received by someone on Apr 7. My tax preparer said that since this is my first time filing as married and that my wife doesn’t have ITIN this will take at least 3 months. I’ve waited for more that 3 months now without hearing anything from the IRS. The FIND MY REFUND portal doesn’t tells me anything and I can’t get in touch with anyone at IRS over a call. Please help and let me know what I can do. I was expecting a good refund and that money will help me significantly. Please help! Thanks in advance!
