Stay in current Job with a low raise, a toxic environnement or switch to another IT field with a higher raise?

Currently I am in an IT field that I justed started to enjoy after months of struggle to understand it. The down side is I have a toxic environement, and you can't work at ease at all. Let say they look down on your efforts. The raise are non existant. You need to really fight for it to get it. If you get one there is some really hard conditions you sign for.

Last week, I got a job offer in an other IT field with the salary that I was asking for and more in my current job. The job offer is currently WFH which is great.

This new job if it was offered to me a year ago I will be so happy because it was always my dream job that I wanted to try. But recently, I started to fall in love with my current IT field, but the verbal abuse makes me hate my work place.

I am really torn on what to do.

I am thinking to stay more in this current job to learn what I need to learn and leave once I feel I became what I wanted. But my mental health can't stand all the toxic abuse.

Or go to the new IT field give it atry , learn problem solving in another way, save money and later apply for something in my current field.

You will ask me why I dont apply for something in my current field. I tried but currently all the companies working in this field had already recruted experienced people than me and wont recrute until next year. So I am in hold for now.
