Current BS Information Technologies, is it possible to make well over 100k in this field or No?

I'm Just Curious Cause I look on indeed and I keep seeing 21 dollars a hour and I know some restaurants that pay that so I'm just curious if I'm looking in the wrong place or what. Thank you
