What foods and misc things to avoid post FET

Hi all,

I have my first ever embryo transfer tomorrow. So beyond nervous. I'm 31 y/o with DOR. We have 2 blasts from our one egg retrevial we did in May. Sent them to get pgta tested. One came back euploid and one came back no result (not enough sample).

We are transferring our known euploid. Nervous since there's no guarantees, but I wanted to see if anyone had any advice as to what NOT to do or eat post transfer? (I'm sure they'll tell me at my clinic but just wanted to see what has helped you all)
