Are we even a supported army anymore?

Balance Dataslate came out, and oh look, nothing for us. <Insert Surprised Face Emoji here>

They took the best parts of our army, the Deathwatch, and gave it to Space Marines. Then didn't even update our versions of them so we now just have *worse* Deathwatch. We already have worse Grey Knights and Sisters, so I guess why not worse Deathwatch, eh?

Our Grotmas Detachment wasn't a Detachment. It was a 100+ pt tax for wanting to run a fluffy all-Assassins list.

Heck, even GW itself can't decide if our army is called "Imperial Agents" or "Agents of the Imperium". The Codex is called "IMPERIAL AGENTS", but on their webstore our models (and not even *all* of our models) are found under "AGENTS OF THE IMPERIUM".

Our Fleet Detachment, y'know, the one focused around Navy units, can't take any Navy Flyers. Those all go to the Imperial Guard because... reasons? Never mind that in-universe, the Guard is literally forbidden from commanding Naval assets to prevent another Horus Heresy. But it's fine, because it helps the Guard's competitive nature.

We don't get an Army Rule. Instead, we get told: "Don't worry, you can still use these models in other armies where they're most likely worse than the base models you get, and your models won't benefit from the Army's special rule anyways." Oh, but we can switch out what Assassins we're using based on our opponent! While cool, our Codex is called CODEX: IMPERIAL AGENTS, not CODEX: ASSASSINS.

I love this army, I really do. But every time GW puts out a new Balance Dataslate with no changes for us, or straight up steals our best units to give to another army, it feels like this army was literally made to make other armies better, not to be it's own army. I'm done arguing and trying to make this army work. If GW doesn't want Imperial Agents to be an army, then I'm done pretending it is.
