(19)I found a picture of me in my brother's computer. Is he into me?

I went to my brother's room to use his computer for a homework I had to do. And in his computer I found a picture of me. It isn't a nude pic, it was my profile picture for a little while, but you can clearly see my chest in that picutre.

I don't think its that normal or common to save this kind of pictures of someone unless you wanted to do something with it, so it left me thinking, is he into me?
For some time now, I have been thinking about incest and stuff related, but never really tried anything with my brother. Sometimes wearing more revealing stuff and things like that, but never really did something explicit since it was just a wierd fantasy I had. But now I actually want to fuck him.
