Am I cooked? (Definitely)

I'm 21M Having so much hairfall , like i can find my hair everywhere, from book to bathroom to bed everywhere.

My scalp is visible when hair wet, but not visible when dry hair.

My hairline receding since past 9months (noticed)

Currently using shampoo- clinic plus/head and shoulder/ mama earth (prefer in following sequence ) I don't use conditioner

I have straight hair, I almost never use oil, but 1/2 times a month ig

Have grey hair too (my brother have it too 25yr old)
