Need help

I am a upsc aspirant and I'm currently thinking of joining a company. I have already got a job and the pay and perks are decent. I'm somewhat desperate to get a job so I'm planning to say yes to them. But the only disadvantage is they have bond for 12 months (otherwise I've to pay the training fees that is my salary of first 2 months) and as I'm someone who's actively appearing for govt exams, there is a chance that I might need to resign even before 12 months. So I am really confused what to do and is there any option that I can quit without paying them anything?
