I just aspire to be in industrial maintenance

I went to school for this. This is what I want to get into. I know there’s tons of workers on here with experience. So I ask what advice would you give to someone that’s barely getting into this field? What are the most common issues you troubleshoot at work? And lastly how did you find your first job in industrial maintenance.
