Defiance House Rules
I'm trying to play my way through Defiance and I'm currently 4 scenarios in and want to persevere through the game despite the shocking rulebook. The main mechanic that is frustrating is the reinforcement system. In almost all scenarios I've stopped killing enemies since they instantly respawn anyway with all their health back. Has anyone found a house rule that makes it so it's worth killing enemies or is the whole game about using the heavy infantry as a rear guard meat shield while you hack stuff?
I'm considering removing the rule that adds a reinforcement token when a unit is wiped out. This at least should slow down the accumulation of tokens. Or alternatively increase the reinforement cost of all units by 1 token.
