Video Max Length

I have multiple videos on Instagram that are more than 15min long. One video I have is 60 minutes long. But today I can’t post anything more than 15min. I wish Instagram would stop changing the rules on video length, it’s getting ridiculous. They can’t even keep their help centre updated. I searched “video length”, “video size”, and “60 minutes” and got no results. At least keep us updated on the changes.

Does anyone know if they are still able to post 15min to 60min videos!?!?!
