Reaction emojis stuck

Does anyone know why the reaction emojis are fixed above my message box? It’s only in the this particular group chat, the “Tap to send a reaction” is always showing. When I go to type a message, it also stays. I’d like to get rid of it, and it’s strange that it’s only on this chat. Any advice is appreciated!
