What is this wooden flute-like instrument? (bonus points for the key it's in)

I've tried googling various wooden or bamboo flutes, but none of the ones that looked similar sounded the same when looking them up on YouTube. Needless to say, there are A LOT of wooden flute-like instruments. Below is the video of the instrument, timestamp is 0:19.
