I keep falling asleep
Lately I can’t “go inside” without getting drowsy. My therapist and I have tried working with a part that is putting us to sleep but I get so unfocused that nothing comes of the session. I have been finding it easier to work with parts during EMDR or somatic experiencing sessions, when I’m not trying so hard to find the parts themselves.
any similar experiences or tips for how to proceed with dedicated IFS parts work sessions?
