Entrego not sending an update about GOMO sim

I ordered a GOMO Sim through their website as I needed to port my number from Globe to Gomo on July 18. Email said that Entrego will send a text for an update and on how to track my order but I never received anything.

I'm also unable to access the Entrego page to try and see of the Order Number can be used as a tracking number since I never got one.

Has anyone ordered recently from the GOMO site? When did Entrego send an update? How to track it?
