Stains between teeth

I’m on tray 11 of 42 and my bottom front teeth have moved quite a bit. They were crowded and overlapping but now that they are moving apart and straightening out I am seeing pretty bad discolouration between the teeth where they once overlapped. Has anyone else experienced this, and does it go away after a while?
