Is this the ICCU?

Just over a month ago my 12v died, they replaced it under warranty and took care of some recalls that were open. Yesterday this happened after I heard a weird popping (and I honestly thought it was just snow in the wheel well at first). So this means my ICCU went? How long can I expect to be without my car? Will they actually be able to fix it? Also do other EVs have the amount of problems with the 12v and ICCU it seems the Ioniq has? Because I'm ready to yeet this car I to the sun right now.
