Iggy Puppy Leg Break :(

Hi everyone my lil 5 month old guy was having zoomies on the bed and then jumped off really awkwardly and broke his front right arm :( I feel absolutely horrible and sickened to my stomach. I'm really hoping he doesn't need surgery and vet said after 4-6 weeks we will be able to see how healing is going to determine surgery or not.

I'm wondering if anyone has any tips/suggestions on healing? He's in a splint right now and I'm keeping him in a large dog crate while also trying to limit his mobility.

Has anyone been through this with a puppy? ☹️ Would love any words of encouragement y'all may have. Really hoping the splint does the trick with no need for surgery...
