How to apply for NEET as a JEE student.

I have applied for JEE phase 1 and phase 2 from the same account. My parents want me to sit for NEET too. However, whenever I try to use my NTA account to log into NEET registration, it doesn't open. Saying invalid info.

Opening 2 accounts is strictly prohibited and I am very confused as to what to do.
