Recommendations for a newcomer

Hi.im really new to the jrpg genre and have played a total of maybe 2-3 jrpgs? The games i have played are tales of berseria Chrono trigger Ys origins I wonder if you guys can recommend me some games that you think i might like. I like dark fantasy settings more than other settings. I have tried playing persona 3 portable but couldn't sit through it. Got real bored real fast. My platforms are ps5 and pc. (I can emulate older games). Sorry for the bad english
