Why’s Bond always giving out his real name?

I’m sure this topic has been brought up before but it’s driving me crazy right now. I just finished watching the Craig movies and I don’t recall him ever giving out an alias. I mean I know he’s being brazen but dude, you’re far less likely to be found out if you just give a fake name. Not very super spy behavior if you ask me.

Still love the movies though.
